We booked an guided tour in the Frischezentrum in Frankfurt. It is a wholesale market for fruits and vegetables. Unfortunately started the tour alreday at 7:00 in the morning. The workday for the people in the Frischezentrum was almost over, because they start typically around midnight. During the tour we get the chance a view behind the logistics of such an operation.
